Wenink Holtkamp Architects was commissioned by BOEi (specialist in restoration and reallocating cultural heritage) transformed the building of a closed storage building into a transparent food hall (Food Dock), the adjacent port has become an important part of the interior experience.
The rawness in particular characterizes the interior of the building that has been left intact as much as possible. Several slender steel Jansen door and window systems made a significant contribution to the preservation of the distinctive character of the building.
